ESANZ endorses the American Society of Echocardiography M-TEER Guideline

We are delighted to announce that ESANZ has endorsed its first international guideline with its alliance partner, the American Society of echocardiography.  This guideline for the imaging guidance of mitral edge to edge repair procedures (M-TEER), offers a practical workflow algorithm for the many steps involved in this operation.  With extensive guideline figures and several exemplary movies, the guideline shares with all of us who undertake these procedures,  the combined wisdom of the international writing group.

If you are involved in these procedures, or indeed are considering getting into this field, this guideline will be of great value - as a training tool and benchmark document.
