The Echocardiography Society of Australia and New Zealand aims to connect everyone utilising echo into one space. We strive to provide a multidisciplanry prefossional society that provides specific education, resources, standrards and guidelines for each of these unique uses of echo. Being a member will give access to the latest teaching by national and international leaders, easy to find resources from around the world as well as locally developed resources specific for the ANZ use of echo.
It's time for ANZ to have its own Echo Society.
ESANZ is a not-for-profit society. The finances of the society will be directed solely towards its mission. With the support of industry, we have kept membership fees to a minimum. The annual fees for physicians at launch will be $250, and for sonographers will be $150. Students and trainees will be charged a nominal $20 per year to cover administrative costs only.
Yes, ESANZ will develop guidelines for the Australia and New Zealand echo landscape.
We will be actively looking for excellent people to contribute these over the coming months and years. If you have ideas for guideline topics, or would like to contribute to writing these please reach out to admin@esanz.org
ESANZ has reached out to local and international experts in a broad range echocardiology topics. Through live webinars and recorded materials, we aim to progressively deliver comprehensive educational material for all Echo users.

Yes. All educational materials (both live webinars and recorded video) will be free for members at all levels.
Members will also receive a discount on registration fees for ECHO AUSTRALIA 2026 and other conference offerings.
