ESANZ has endorsed this international guideline from its alliance partner, the American Society of echocardiography.  This guideline for the imaging guidance of mitral edge to edge repair procedures (M-TEER), offers a practical workflow algorithm for the many steps involved in this operation.  With extensive guideline figures and several exemplary movies, the guideline shares with all of us who undertake these procedures,  the combined wisdom of the international writing group.
